JDC Electronic SA will use your information as follows:
To process your request for information. We will normally reply via email within one working day.
To receive our newsletters. Our emails will always have an ‘unsubscribe’ option. If you unsubscribe we will never contact you again.
To contact you about our services and products.
To contact you about our new products and events.
We will NOT sell your information to any third-parties.
How our apps use your data
Any apps that are provided by JDC Electronic SA or via our brand Skywatch will store user data as follows:
- Weather measurements from the instruments being used by the app. Location based data (position, time) from your smartphone coinciding with the measurements. These are stored only on your smartphone.
- If you chose to create an account on a third-party app to download your measurements, our app enables you to store your logging credentials. These are stored only on your smartphone. You will be also warned that you are visiting a third-party site and have to give explicit permission to upload your measurements.
- We do not store any other personally identifiable data on our apps.
- We do not sell your data to any third-parties for any purpose whatsoever.
